Parents are invited to share the joys of yoga with their children in this class.

We will explore yoga through movement sequences

in a fun & motivating environment.

Each class finishes with a calming relaxation exercise.

In addition to improving motor skills,

this class can assist your child in developing social skills,

language, self-calming skills, and self-esteem.

Cost $84.00 for 6 weeks 1 adult 1 to 2 children ($6.00 for each additional child)

Nina Foley

is a Certified Embodyoga™ Teacher and Speech-Language Pathologist. She is also a mom to a 7 month old boy.  Nina believes in the abilities of all children and that movement is a key factor in a child's development. She enjoys nurturing creativity and playfulness in children.
